If you have received some traca labels you need to make sure you register them on our website so they can work for you in the unfortunate even of losing something.
All traca labels have a unique registration number that you need to enter on the registration page along with your contact details including an email address and a cellphone number (this is how traca will contact you if something you have lost gets found by a stranger).
Once you have submitted your registration to our secure database, you can attach your labels to your stuff. They are now active for 12 months, but we will send you a reminder by email with plenty of notice before your account needs renewing.
keytraca snap-off tags are perfect for your keyrings, pettraca labels are suitable for your pets collar, bagtraca labels are designed to be attached to your bags or luggage and mytraca sticky labels are perfect your expensive electronic equipment like laptops, cellphones, PSPs, cameras, organisers etc... or sports gear or anything else you can think of.

If you lose a possesion that you have attached a traca label to, all is not lost. When somebody out there finds the item, they can enter this website to report a find 24hrs a day 7 days a week.
When reporting a find they enter the unique refernce number on your label into our website along with their name and location and contact details.
This information generates and automated SMS text message to the cellphone number you supplied when you registered your labels and an automated email to the email address you supplied, informing you of who and where your lost item has turned up.
We reward the finder for their honesty as indicated on your traca label.

Your phone will beep straight away, giving you a brief message to let you know someone has found your lost item, and that you need to check your email for more detail about who has found your item.
It is then up to you to contact the finder using the details they supplied when they reported a find on our site, and arrange a way to have your item either returned or collected.
You are under no obligation to reward the finder as we take care of that, but it is up to your discretion how you think you would like to thank the finder.
